Este(a) profissional terá papel estratégico na identificação de terrenos, análise de investimentos, relacionamento com investidores e parceiros, além do suporte à tomada de decisão por meio de análises econômico-financeiras robustas.Principais ResponsabilidadesIdentificar, estruturar e avaliar novas oportunidades de negócios imobiliáriosConduzir estudos de mercado, análises de produto e posicionamento competitivo dos empreendimentos;Analisar modelos financeiros, incluindo fluxo de caixa descontado, TIR, VPL, sensibilidade e cenários;Realizar análises de viabilidade econômico-financeira e estudos de melhor uso;Atuar no relacionamento com investidores, fundos imobiliários, incorporadores, proprietários de terrenos, consultorias, brokers e demais players do mercado;Apoiar negociações de aquisição de terrenos, parcerias, joint ventures e estruturação de investimentos;Acompanhar tendências do mercado imobiliário, movimentos de oferta e demanda, e indicadores macroeconômicos;Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas de engenharia, jurídica, comercial e financeira ao longo do ciclo do projeto. Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e QualificaçõesFormação superior em Engenharia, Arquitetura, Economia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento imobiliário, preferencialmente em empreendimentos de lajes corporativas;Amplo conhecimento do mercado imobiliário corporativo e seus principais players;Experiência em relacionamento e negociação com investidores institucionais, fundos e parceiros estratégicos;Visão estratégica, pensamento analítico e capacidade de estruturar negócios complexos;Excel avançado (modelagem financeira); conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas similares será considerado diferencial.DiferenciaisExperiência prévia com fundos imobiliários (FIIs), private equity ou gestoras de investimentos;Participação direta em projetos greenfield e/ou retrofit de edifícios corporativos;Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Real Estate, Mercado Imobiliário ou áreas afins;Inglês avançado.Competências ComportamentaisPerfil proativo e empreendedor;Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento;Organização, senso de prioridade e foco em resultados;Capacidade de transitar entre visão estratégica e análise detalhada.Informações adicionais
