Se você busca desafios e um ambiente inclusivo, diverso e estimulante, essa é a oportunidade certa para decolar na sua carreira!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs desafios que aguardam por você no próximo destino são:Calcular e desenvolver procedimentos de contingência para as operações da empresa em caso de falhas anormais;Elaborar relatórios técnicos detalhados;Propor estudos de controle e otimização de aspectos operacionais;Em parceria com stakeholders internos e externos, negociação, alinhamento, definição e gestão de requisitos operacionais;Desenvolver, organizar e promover melhorias em modelos e ferramentas para cálculo e análise;Garantir a segurança, eficiência e conformidade regulatória das operações de voo;Validar e implementar ferramentas e sistemas para utilização na rotina operacional da empresa;Propor indicadores operacionais de acompanhamento de desempenho das atividades sob sua atuação;Otimizar processos operacionais, incluindo rotas operadas, sistemas e hardwares, buscando a máxima eficiência no assunto;Revisar e aprovar a descrição do escopo dos projetos sob responsabilidade da Engenharia de Operações;Representar a empresa em fóruns externos com players relevantes ao setor, como GEPEA, DECEA, ANAC, Boeing, IATA, outros operadores etc.;Calcular e propor melhorias para o espaço aéreo utilizado pela empresa;Validar e homologar sistemas utilizados na operação regular da empresa;Gerenciar o risco das condições operacionais existentes;Definir aspectos técnicos para aquisição de novas aeronaves e modelos;Analisar a causa-raiz e desenvolver planos de ações eficazes no acompanhamento das auditorias internas e externas do setor;Executar troubleshooting de erros sistêmicos operacionais e programar os sistemas aplicáveis em seu escopo para a melhor eficiência e segurança da empresa;Conhecer a Política Ambiental, os aspectos, impactos, riscos, obrigações e controles ambientais de suas atividades, cumprir com as diretrizes descritas do MSGA – Manual do Sistema de Gestão Ambiental e dos documentos nele citados;Requisitos e qualificaçõesNão pode faltar em sua bagagem:Ensino Superior Completo;Inglês Avançado;Experiência prévia em operações 121 e/ou desempenho de aeronaves/ Conhecimento de requisitos RBAC 121 e 25;Formação como piloto privado;Experiência em Gestão de projetos; Programação;Conhecimento em performance de aeronaves;Informações adicionaisAqui, você voa mais alto com o Benefício Viagem, que te permite emitir passagens aéreas nacionais e internacionais com descontos especiais para você, familiares e amigos.E não podemos esquecer dos Benefícios:Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Seguro de vida em grupo;Auxilio-farmácia;Vale-refeição;Vale-alimentação;Vale-transporte;PLR;Gympass ou Totalpass;Clube de parcerias com centenas de empresas conveniadas;Day off de aniversário.Se você se identifica com o nosso Jeito, inscreva-se agora e faça parte do Time de Águias!
