Afinal, não é pressa, é precisão.Buscamos um(a) Especialista em Orçamento para integrar nosso time em Salvador - BA, atuando diretamente no acompanhamento da qualidade e planejamento das obras, com autonomia para propor melhorias e contribuir com a excelência dos nossos processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar o projeto: estuda os projetos (arquitetura, estrutura, instalações), os memoriais descritivos, os editais e os escopos enviados pelo cliente. Identifica o que está faltando ou é ambíguo e pede esclarecimentos. Levantar quantitativos: mede nas plantas e no BIM tudo o que será executado, como m² de piso, m³ de concreto, metros de tubulação e pontos elétricos. Compor custos: monta as composições de preço unitário (material + mão de obra + equipamentos) usando bases como SINAPI, TCPO, ORSE ou o banco de dados da própria empresa. Cotar com fornecedores e empreiteiros: pede e compara propostas de materiais e de serviços terceirizados, fazendo a equalização (deixar as propostas comparáveis entre si). Calcular o BDI e os encargos: define as despesas indiretas, os impostos, o risco e a margem, além dos encargos sociais da mão de obra. Montar a planilha orçamentária: organiza a EAP (Estrutura Analítica do Projeto), a curva ABC (os itens que mais pesam no custo) e o cronograma físico financeiro. Apoiar o comercial: ajuda a formar o preço da proposta, participa de concorrências e licitações e defende o orçamento em reuniões com o cliente. Acompanhar a obra: compara o orçado com o realizado, analisa aditivos e mudanças de escopo e alimenta a base de custos para os próximos orçamentos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura ou Técnico em Edificações com experiência. Ferramentas: Excel avançado, softwares de orçamento (Sienge, OrçaFascio, Volare, MS Project) e leitura de projetos em AutoCAD ou Revit. Conhecimentos: métodos construtivos, bases de preço, encargos e tributação da construção. Competências: atenção a detalhes, raciocínio analítico, trabalho com prazos apertados e boa comunicação com as áreas comercial, de suprimentos e de engenharia.
