Buscamos uma pessoa Especialista em People Analytics para impulsionar a estratégia de People Analytics, conectando dados, tecnologia e negócio para transformar informações de pessoas em insights, decisões e ações de impacto. Será responsável por estruturar uma arquitetura de dados de RH robusta e escalável, assegurando qualidade e integração das informações. Atuará na automação de processos e relatórios, trazendo eficiência e agilidade para a companhia. Além disso, conduzirá análises estatísticas e modelos preditivos que desafiem o status quo e apoiem diretamente as prioridades estratégicas da companhia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e liderar a estratégia e o roadmap de People Analytics, alinhados às prioridades da companhia.Estruturar, em parceria com Engenharia e Arquitetura, o data lake de RH, garantindo dados integrados, confiáveis e disponíveis em tempo quase real.Estabelecer práticas de governança, qualidade e critérios de acesso aos dados de pessoas.Desenvolver análises estatísticas e modelos preditivos para antecipar tendências e gerar recomendações com impacto mensurável.Transformar indicadores em hipóteses, diagnósticos e planos de ação para o negócio.Automatizar atividades operacionais e recorrentes com tecnologias como Python, Databricks, Copilot e Power Automate.Atuar de forma consultiva com lideranças e áreas de RH, fortalecendo a cultura data driven e o uso estratégico de dashboards e indicadores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo Presencial - (4x1) Vivência no desenvolvimento de modelos estatísticos e preditivos, utilizando técnicas de machine learning e estatística avançada, com mensuração dos impactos gerados. Domínio de Power BI, Databricks, Excel avançado e outras ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados. Domínio de linguagens de programação, como Python e SQL, além do uso de APIs para integração de sistemas. Conhecimento em governança e segurança de dados, incluindo rastreabilidade, ownership, compliance e critérios de acesso. Experiência em governança de modelos preditivos e MLOps, contemplando monitoramento de performance, versionamento, atualização, retreinamento, explicabilidade e mitigação de vieses. Capacidade de traduzir dados e insights em recomendações estratégicas, influenciando lideranças e fortalecendo a cultura data driven.
