É exatamente isso que essa vaga vem resolver.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê será a referência técnica de Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção (PCM) da nossa frota pesada e dos equipamentos de refrigeração, estruturando os processos, os indicadores e a governança que sustentam a operação enquanto ela escala.Gestão de DieselMonitorar o mercado de combustíveis e apoiar as estratégias de abastecimento.Negociar preços e condições com fornecedores e acompanhar contratos.Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de consumo por motorista, veículo e filial.Analisar desvios de consumo, identificar causas-raiz e propor planos de ação.Conduzir estudos comparativos de preço e análises de viabilidade de abastecimento.Usar telemetria para identificar oportunidades de redução de custo e ganho de eficiência.Gestão de ManutençãoPlanejar e acompanhar as manutenções preventivas da frota e dos equipamentos de refrigeração.Monitorar disponibilidade, tempo de parada (MTTR), intervalo entre falhas e principais causas.Conferir e validar cobranças de contratos de manutenção.Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de performance da frota.Gestão de Seguros, Sinistros e DocumentaçãoControlar apólices e garantir a cobertura adequada da frota.Abrir e acompanhar sinistros junto às seguradoras até a liquidação.Acompanhar ocorrências de frota própria e de terceiros.Garantir a regularidade documental dos veículos e o controle de vencimentos.Análise e Melhoria ContínuaDesenvolver indicadores e relatórios gerenciais para suporte à decisão.Acompanhar custos operacionais e propor ações de melhoria.Participar de reuniões com as filiais para alinhar processos e identificar oportunidades.Apoiar a implantação e evolução do sistema KMM, padronizando e ganhando eficiência nos processos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia, Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada com PCM de frota pesada.Vivência em gestão de manutenção, diesel, documentação, seguros e sinistros.Domínio de indicadores de desempenho e controle de custos de frota.Experiência com sistemas de gestão de frota e manutenção (KMM ou similar).Conhecimento em telemetria aplicada à gestão de frotas.Excel intermediário a avançado.
