Será responsável pela gestão técnica das atividades de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho na Light Soluções, atuando com:Liderança da equipe de Técnicos de Segurança;Promoção da conformidade legal e prevenção de riscos ocupacionais;Fortalecimento da cultura de segurança nas operações.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar tecnicamente a equipe de Técnicos de Segurança do Trabalho, orientando, acompanhando e desenvolvendo as atividades de campo; Apoiar a Coordenação de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho na execução das estratégias, programas e ações corporativas de SST; Assegurar a implementação e acompanhamento do Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR), Inventário de Riscos e respectivos Planos de Ação; Realizar avaliações e análises técnicas de riscos ocupacionais, propondo medidas de controle e mitigação; Garantir o atendimento às Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e demais requisitos legais aplicáveis; Apoiar investigações de acidentes, incidentes e desvios, utilizando metodologias de análise de causas e definindo ações corretivas e preventivas; Realizar auditorias, inspeções de segurança e verificações de conformidade nas operações; Elaborar pareceres, relatórios técnicos, estudos e indicadores de desempenho voltados à gestão de SST; Atuar na análise de procedimentos operacionais sob a ótica de Segurança do Trabalho; Apoiar processos de contratação e gestão de empresas contratadas nos requisitos de SST; Conduzir treinamentos, campanhas, diálogos de segurança e ações de conscientização; Atuar como referência técnica para lideranças operacionais nos temas relacionados à Segurança do Trabalho; Apoiar fiscalizações, auditorias externas e demandas de órgãos reguladores.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Engenharia; Pós-Graduação em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho; Registro ativo no CREA como Engenheiro de Segurança do Trabalho;

Experiência comprovada em gestão de riscos ocupacionais e programas de prevenção; Vivência na liderança técnica de equipes de Segurança do Trabalho; Conhecimento avançado das Normas Regulamentadoras e legislação aplicável; Experiência em auditorias, inspeções e investigações de acidentes; Conhecimento em indicadores de desempenho e gestão de SST; Domínio do Pacote Office; CNH categoria B válida; Disponibilidade para viagens.
