Trabalhar conosco é evoluir, se conectar e acreditar em fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas.Venha fazer parte desse time incrível que faz a história da Flora!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar nos processos de Crédito e Cobrança, apoiando análises, controles e tomada de decisão financeira.Realizar análises de crédito, avaliação de risco, capacidade financeira, limites e comportamento de pagamento de clientes.Acompanhar indicadores de inadimplência, aging, recuperação de crédito, exposição financeira e carteira de clientes.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e automatização dos processos de Crédito e Cobrança, reduzindo atividades manuais e aumentando a eficiência operacional.Aplicar Inteligência Artificial na otimização de processos financeiros, análises de dados, geração de insights e desenvolvimento de soluções para ganho de produtividade.Desenvolver e aprimorar prompts, fluxos e soluções utilizando IA generativa aplicados às rotinas financeiras.Estruturar bases de dados, relatórios gerenciais, dashboards e análises para suporte à gestão e tomada de decisão.Apoiar projetos de digitalização, automação e integração de processos e sistemas da área financeira.Mapear processos, identificar gargalos e propor soluções com foco em eficiência, controle, qualidade e escalabilidade.Atuar em parceria com áreas como Comercial, Tecnologia, Contabilidade e demais áreas financeiras na implementação de melhorias e novos projetos.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em Crédito e Cobrança, Contas a Receber ou áreas financeiras relacionadas.Conhecimento em análise de crédito, risco financeiro, indicadores de inadimplência, aging e gestão de carteira.Excel avançado, com capacidade para tratamento e análise de grandes volumes de dados.Conhecimento em Inteligência Artificial aplicada a processos, especialmente IA generativa e automação de rotinas.Capacidade de desenvolver e estruturar prompts para análise de dados, automação e melhoria de processos financeiros.Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados.Perfil analítico, capacidade de resolução de problemas e visão de processos.Capacidade de transformar necessidades do negócio em soluções práticas utilizando dados, tecnologia e IA.
