Responsabilidades e atribuições Assegurar a qualidade, confiabilidade, consistência e integridade das informações financeiras relacionadas ao P&L da Companhia.Executar e acompanhar os processos de fechamento financeiro mensal, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.Realizar análises de resultados, identificando variações, desvios, tendências e riscos que possam impactar o negócio.Atualização de bases de dados e sistemas corporativos de planejamento e reporte.Implementar programas e projetos visando transformação da rotina.Construir relacionamento com diferentes stakeholders.Atender demandas ad hoc com agilidade e foco em solução.Seguir os procedimentos padrões da empresa, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos, conforme diretrizes dos programas de excelência.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Engenharias, Matemática, Sistemas de Informação, Física ou correlatas.Experiência:Finanças (FP&A, Controladoria ou Contabilidade).Competências Técnicas:Pacote Office avançado.Espanhol básico.Inglês avançado.Diferenciais: SAP, Power BI, IA.Habilidades:Agilidade.Senso de dono.Senso crítico.Capacidade analítica.Organização.Proatividade.Autonomia.
