Responsabilidades e atribuições

Atuar na área tributária de empresas do agronegócio, enquadradas no regime de Lucro Real e com operações envolvendo Produtor Rural Pessoa Física; Elaborar, revisar e transmitir obrigações acessórias, incluindo EFD Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, PER/DCOMP, DCTFWeb, MIT, ECF, SPED Fiscal e REST; Realizar a apuração de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais, tais como PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRPJ, ICMS, ISS, Imposto de Importação (II), entre outros incidentes sobre as operações da empresa; Efetuar a correta classificação e o aproveitamento de créditos de PIS e COFINS, em conformidade com a legislação vigente; Realizar o lançamento dos tributos apurados no sistema de pagamentos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos; Validar os lançamentos fiscais, assegurando a correta aplicação da legislação tributária; Conferir livros fiscais e a apropriação de créditos tributários; Acompanhar e interpretar alterações na legislação tributária federal, estadual e municipal, avaliando seus impactos nas operações da empresa; Prestar suporte técnico à equipe e atuar de forma integrada com as demais áreas da companhia; Realizar a conciliação mensal das informações fiscais em conjunto com a área contábil; Atuar como ponto de apoio em auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações, fornecendo informações e documentação sempre que necessário; Contribuir para ações de compliance tributário, identificando oportunidades de otimização e apoiando estudos de planejamento tributário; Monitorar a emissão, validade e renovação das Certidões Negativas de Débitos (CNDs) e demais documentos fiscais necessários à regularidade da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis; Sólida experiência na área tributária, preferencialmente em empresas do agronegócio; Conhecimento da legislação tributária aplicada ao Lucro Real; Domínio das obrigações acessórias e da apuração de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais; Conhecimento do Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel e PowerPoint; Perfil analítico, organização, proatividade, senso de responsabilidade e boa comunicação; Facilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa e multidisciplinar.

Perfil analítico e capacidade de identificar oportunidades de planejamento tributário;

Experiência com o sistema SIAGRI; Vivência em empresas do setor do agronegócio; Conhecimento em processos de auditoria, compliance e planejamento tributário; Conhecimento sobre a Reforma Tributária e seus impactos nas rotinas fiscais.
