Garantir a qualidade e conformidade da documentação legal e operacional, antes de qualquer envio a clientes ou à diretoria. Antecipar riscos e propor soluções preventivas para mitigar impactos nos projetos, influenciando decisões estratégicas da liderança. Desenvolver e aprimorar processos, checklist e metodologias, elevando padronização, consistência e eficiência. Produzir relatórios e dashboards estratégicos, fornecendo insights executivos para a tomada de decisão. Atuar como mentor e referência técnica para Analistas Sênior e demais membros da equipe, disseminando boas práticas de gestão de projetos.
