Somos reconhecidos pela expertise na gestão de fundos de ação, multimercado e renda fixa, por nosso rigoroso gerenciamento de risco, além da disciplina e fidelidade à filosofia de investimento.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) Especialista de Inteligência Artificial para atuar de forma estratégica e próxima à área Jurídica, conectando tecnologia, Inteligência Artificial Generativa e necessidades do negócio. Essa pessoa será responsável por identificar oportunidades, desenvolver soluções de IA e apoiar a transformação e automação de processos jurídicos, sempre considerando critérios de qualidade, segurança, governança e confiabilidade. Desenvolver e implementar soluções utilizando Inteligência Artificial Generativa para apoiar processos e atividades jurídicas.Estruturar e evoluir assistentes jurídicos (Copilots) especializados para diferentes áreas e demandas.Identificar oportunidades e automatizar atividades repetitivas, como análise documental, pesquisas jurídicas, classificação de informações e apoio à elaboração de peças.Aplicar técnicas de Prompt Engineering, realizando testes, avaliações e otimizações contínuas para aprimorar os resultados dos modelos.Participar da construção e evolução de bases de conhecimento jurídicas utilizando RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).Definir e implementar critérios de qualidade, governança, segurança e rastreabilidade para o uso de IA no ambiente jurídico.Trabalhar em parceria com advogados e profissionais da área Jurídica para compreender necessidades, validar resultados e evoluir as soluções implantadas.Avaliar novas tecnologias, modelos e aplicações de IA que possam gerar ganhos de produtividade, eficiência e qualidade para a área Jurídica.Monitorar o desempenho das soluções implementadas e propor melhorias contínuas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informaçãoou áreas correlatas.Experiência prática com Inteligência Artificial Generativa.Conhecimento de modelos de IA, como GPT, Claude, Gemini ou similares.Experiência com Prompt Engineering e desenvolvimento de soluções baseadas em IA.Capacidade de traduzir necessidades e desafios jurídicos em soluções tecnológicas.Excelente comunicação e capacidade de interação com equipes multidisciplinares, especialmente profissionais de tecnologia e Jurídico.Informações adicionaisExperiência em departamentos jurídicos corporativos ou escritórios de advocacia.Conhecimento ou experiência prática com RAG, bases de conhecimento, agentes de IA e Copilots.Conhecimento de boas práticas de governança, segurança, privacidade e uso responsável de IA.Experiência na implementação de soluções de IA em ambientes corporativos.Local: Itaim Bibi | SPSalário mensal + PPR semestral (Ago e Fev)Benefícios: VR (R$ 57,00) , VA(R$ 703,00), Plano de Saúde Bradesco, Seg.
