Buscamos um(a) Coordenador(a) de FP&A para liderar a estruturação de processos financeiros, elevar a maturidade analítica do time e apoiar diretamente a diretoria financeira na tomada de decisão estratégica.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar o time de FP&A (atualmente composto por analista sênior e analistas plenos), distribuindo demandas, orientando entregas e desenvolvendo tecnicamente a equipe;Estruturar e conduzir análises de realizado (budget x real);Desenvolver e aprimorar modelos preditivos de receita, custo e margem, incluindo análises de margem por produto e cliente;Consolidar e apresentar análises de performance financeira para o CFO e demais stakeholders, com foco em explicar causas-raiz, não apenas reportar números;Aprimorar processos de projeção financeira (forecast/budget), com maior granularidade e assertividade;Atuar como ponte entre a área financeira e as áreas de negócio, traduzindo demandas analíticas em entregas relevantes para tomada de decisãoIdentificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria de processos financeiros, elevando o nível de maturidade da área (de operacional para analítico/estratégico)

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatasPós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas (desejável)Experiência mínima de 5-7 anos em FP&AExperiência prévia em empresas de tecnologia ou fintechs (diferencial relevante)Vivência com fechamento contábil e integração entre contabilidade e planejamento financeiroDomínio avançado de Excel/planejamento financeiro (modelagem, projeções, análise de sensibilidade)Conhecimento de ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau, Looker ou similares)Familiaridade com ERPs financeiros e sistemas de gestão orçamentáriaConhecimento de métricas SaaS/fintech (MRR, churn, LTV) é diferencialLiderança orientada a desenvolvimento de time, com capacidade de elevar o nível técnico e analítico dos analistasAutonomia e senso de dono (ownership), em ambiente de alta velocidade e ambiguidade típico de empresas em crescimento aceleradoPerfil estruturador, capaz de implementar processos do zero em ambiente ainda em maturação
