Buscamos alguém capaz de ler a interação entre juros, crédito, contas públicas e tributação e traduzi-la em implicações concretas para a competitividade da indústria. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar estudos, notas técnicas e pareceres sobre política monetária, crédito e financiamento, e sobre política fiscal e tributação, com análise de impacto para o setor industrial;Acompanhar as decisões do Copom e a comunicação do Banco Central, bem como a execução fiscal (resultado primário, dívida pública e cumprimento do arcabouço fiscal – LC 200/2023);Analisar a interação entre as políticas monetária e fiscal: espaço fiscal, custo da dívida, prêmio de risco e seus efeitos sobre juros e crédito produtivo;Acompanhar a regulamentação e a transição da reforma tributária (EC 132/2023 e LC 214/2025), avaliando impactos sobre custos e fluxo de caixa das empresas;Projetar indicadores-chave (IPCA, Selic, crédito, resultado primário, dívida bruta) e manter modelos econométricos de apoio;Analisar proposições legislativas sobre crédito, financiamento, orçamento e tributação;Conduzir interlocução técnica com BCB, Ministério da Fazenda, STN, Receita Federal, IFI, consultorias legislativas e mercado financeiro;Contribuir para os produtos da área (Economia em Foco, Nota do Copom, Informe Conjuntural), com análise autoral e tempestiva.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação AcadêmicaGraduação completa em Economia;Mestrado completo em Economia ou área correlata (macroeconomia, finanças públicas, economia monetária).

Experiência ProfissionalPolítica monetária/crédito e política fiscal/tributária;Análise macroeconômica aplicada, em banco central, órgãos governamentais, consultorias, departamentos econômicos de instituições financeiras, institutos de pesquisa ou entidades de representação;Produção de textos técnicos voltados a tomadores de decisão (notas, pareceres, relatórios).

Conhecimentos EspecíficosSistema financeiro brasileiro: mercado de crédito, spread bancário, crédito direcionado/BNDES e instrumentos de financiamento empresarial;Regime de metas de inflação e canais de transmissão da política monetária;Finanças públicas: arcabouço fiscal, dinâmica da dívida, orçamento e rigidez das despesas;Sistema tributário brasileiro e reforma da tributação do consumo (IBS/CBS e regras de transição);Econometria aplicada e projeção de indicadores, com domínio de R e/ou Python;Inglês intermediário, principalmente para leitura.

[Desejáveis] Formações, Conhecimentos e/ou ExperiênciasDoutorado em Economia;Experiência com defesa de interesses e acompanhamento do processo legislativo;Experiência em comunicação externa (imprensa, eventos, apresentações a dirigentes).Conhecimento de modelos DSGE ou semiestruturais;Publicações em política monetária, fiscal ou tributária.
