Somos uma empresa de sucesso graças à nossa gente, que inova para superar os desafios e faz a história acontecer. Seja Eldorado Brasil você também!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesE aí gostou? Vamos te contar o que você irá fazer!Gerenciar a infraestrutura de TI, garantindo disponibilidade, segurança, desempenho e continuidade dos serviços;Administrar e garantir a alta disponibilidade dos ambientes de servidores físicos e virtuais, incluindo VMware/VCenter, Windows e Linux;Gerenciar ambientes de storage e backup, assegurando capacidade, performance, integridade e recuperação dos dados;Garantir a segurança e proteção da infraestrutura, atuando na gestão de vulnerabilidades, soluções de segurança e serviços especializados, incluindo SOC;Gerenciar a infraestrutura de TI em diferentes localidades, promovendo padronização, disponibilidade e eficiência operacional;Atuar na identificação e resolução de incidentes críticos, realizando troubleshooting e ações preventivas para aumentar a confiabilidade dos ambientes;Dimensionar recursos de infraestrutura de acordo com as demandas do negócio, avaliando capacidade, desempenho e necessidade de expansão;Apoiar projetos de implantação, modernização e evolução tecnológica, contribuindo para a arquitetura e estruturação de novos ambientes;Atuar em parceria com as demais áreas de TI e fornecedores, garantindo a qualidade dos serviços e o cumprimento dos níveis acordados;Garantir boas práticas, padronização e documentação dos ambientes de infraestrutura;Traduzir necessidades técnicas em soluções alinhadas às demandas do negócio, contribuindo para decisões e iniciativas estratégicas de TI;Promover uma atuação preventiva e contínua na evolução da infraestrutura, buscando maior disponibilidade, segurança, eficiência e confiabilidade dos serviços. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFicou interessado? Espere aí, vamos detalhar um pouco o que você precisa ter para fazer parte do nosso time! Ensino Superior Completo;Experiência como Especialista de infraestrutura em empresas de médio e grande porte, incluindo implantação, expansão, modernização e migração de ambientes; Sólidos conhecimentos em infraestrutura de TI, abrangendo: Servidores físicos e virtuais; Storage, Data Center On-Premises; Conectividade e serviços de infraestrutura; Endpoints e gerenciamento de estações de trabalho; Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online e Active Directory); Serviços Microsoft (DHCP, GPO, DFS, Certificados, IIS, DNS);Ferramentas de monitoramento, gerenciamento remoto, antivírus, antispam e criptografia; Vivência em ambientes de fabricantes líderes de mercado, como Microsoft, Dell, HPE (HP Enterprise) e Lenovo; Vivencia e relacionamento com fornecedores para serviços de Tecnologia; Conhecimento em boas práticas de serviços TI, preferencialmente ITIL;Experiência com segurança da informação.Mas se tiver algo a mais, você fará a diferença!Pós-Graduação ou MBA em áreas correlacionadas a Tecnologia da Informação; Experiência em empresas de médio ou grande porte;Certificações relacionadas à infraestrutura, Microsoft, ITIL, Exchange; Inglês Avançado;Conhecimento em SAP.Informações adicionaisAhh....
