São mais de 19 mil colaboradores diretos, com mais de 4 mil lojas em 1.780 cidades brasileiras.Vem fazer beleza com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Tech Center é responsável por toda a parte de atendimento ao colaborador, infraestrutura de fábricas, centros de distribuição e escritórios, além de produtos digitais de atendimento com IA e infraestrutura de DevOps. Agora, estamos estruturando do zero a nossa área de Voz e Telecom, com o desafio de sustentar uma operação crítica com mais de 1 milhão de ligações mensais.Responsabilidades e Atribuições:Gestão de Troncos e SBC: Projetar, configurar e sustentar a arquitetura de roteamento e segurança de voz;Sustentação L3: Atuar como escalonamento nível 3 para incidentes críticos;Gestão de Plataformas: Administrar plataformas corporativas de Contact Center e PABX;Governança Regulatória: Garantir compliance com a Anatel, gerir inventário, capacity planning e fornecedores;Evolução e Integrações: Desenhar fluxos de URA, integrar sistemas de voz com CRMs e disponibilizar metadados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos:Experiência nível L3 administrando e sustentando plataformas corporativas de Contact Center, tanto legadas quanto híbridas (ex: Avaya, Amazon Connect);Domínio técnico em protocolos de voz e redes (SIP, SIP Trunking, RTP e SBC);Vivência avançada em troubleshooting de redes de voz (análise de logs, Wireshark);Conhecimento profundo das regras operacionais da Anatel.Diferenciais:Experiência em plataformas de Contact Center em Nuvem (Cloud);Conhecimento em integrações de sistemas de voz via APIs REST;Familiaridade com dashboards de monitoramento avançados (Grafana, Zabbix);Noções de IA Conversacional (Dialogflow, bots de voz).Habilidades comportamentais:Forte autonomia (não pode depender de direcionamento técnico constante);Perfil expansivo e relacional (descartado perfil introspectivo);Boa comunicação e leveza para lidar com outras áreas;Foco no cliente, empreendedorismo, adaptabilidade, resolução de problemas e capacidade de construir do zero.Informações adicionaisBenefícios que cuidam e se diferenciam:No Grupo Boticário, o cuidado é a nossa base para atingirmos resultados exponenciais.
