Buscamos um(a) Especialista Jurídico(a) para atuar na gestão estratégica do contencioso cível e tributário, oferecendo suporte jurídico às empresas do grupo e contribuindo para a prevenção e mitigação de riscos.A pessoa será responsável pelo acompanhamento de processos judiciais e administrativos, elaboração de estratégias processuais, gestão de escritórios externos e produção de análises que apoiem a tomada de decisão da liderança.Procuramos uma pessoa com visão estratégica, capacidade analítica e sólida atuação técnica. É importante ter postura consultiva, senso de urgência, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para dialogar com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização.Valorizamos profissionais que tenham iniciativa, responsabilidade, equilíbrio nas decisões e capacidade para transformar temas jurídicos complexos em orientações claras e aplicáveis ao negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na Baixada FluminenseConduzir e acompanhar processos judiciais e administrativos nas áreas cível e tributária;Definir estratégias processuais em conjunto com a liderança e os escritórios externos;Elaborar e revisar peças processuais, defesas, recursos, pareceres, notificações e demais documentos jurídicos;Atuar em demandas relacionadas a contratos, responsabilidade civil, relações de consumo, cobranças, questões societárias e obrigações tributárias;Acompanhar fiscalizações, autos de infração, execuções fiscais e processos administrativos tributários;Analisar riscos jurídicos, financeiros e reputacionais relacionados aos processos;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, indicadores e prognósticos de perda;Garantir a atualização dos sistemas de controle dos processos, prazos e contingências;Apoiar as áreas Contábil e Financeira na classificação e atualização das provisões judiciais;Gerenciar o trabalho dos escritórios de advocacia externos, acompanhando prazos, estratégias, resultados e honorários;Participar de audiências, reuniões, negociações e tratativas com órgãos públicos, quando necessário;Apoiar a elaboração de respostas a auditorias internas e externas;Identificar oportunidades de recuperação de créditos tributários e redução de passivos, em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis;Atuar preventivamente, orientando as áreas internas sobre riscos e propondo melhorias nos processos;Monitorar alterações legislativas, regulatórias e jurisprudenciais com impacto nas empresas do grupo;Contribuir para a padronização dos procedimentos e controles da área jurídica.Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Direito;Pós-graduação em Direito Tributário, Processo Civil, Direito Empresarial ou áreas correlatas;Inscrição ativa na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – OABExperiência em empresas de grande porte ou com múltiplas unidades;Vivência no setor educacional ou em ambientes regulados;Experiência consistente em contencioso cível e tributário;Experiência na condução de processos judiciais e administrativos;Conhecimento de legislação civil, processual civil e tributária;Experiência com análise de riscos, provisões, contingências e prognósticos de perda;Experiência na gestão e no acompanhamento de escritórios externos;Conhecimento avançado do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint;Boa capacidade de análise, argumentação, negociação e comunicação;Organização, autonomia e habilidade para gerenciar diferentes demandas e prazos
