.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO que te espera no dia a dia: Analisar projetos, produtos, serviços e processos sob a perspectiva da LGPD, legislações correlatas e melhores práticas de privacidade e proteção de dados. Orientar as áreas de negócio quanto à aplicação dos princípios de finalidade, adequação, necessidade, transparência, segurança, prevenção, não discriminação e prestação de contas. Conduzir e revisar avaliações de Privacy by Design, relatórios de impacto, análises de riscos e demais instrumentos de governança de dados pessoais. Avaliar aspectos jurídicos e regulatórios relacionados ao desenvolvimento, contratação e utilização de sistemas de Inteligência Artificial. Apoiar a implementação e evolução do programa de IA Responsável. Participar de avaliações de riscos jurídicos, éticos, operacionais, cibernéticos e de privacidade associados ao ciclo de vida de sistemas de IA. Elaborar e revisar políticas, normas internas, pareceres, cláusulas contratuais, procedimentos e materiais de orientação sobre privacidade, proteção de dados e Inteligência Artificial. Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Segurança da Informação, Tecnologia, Produtos, Dados, Jurídico, Compliance, Riscos e demais áreas de negócio. Apoiar a avaliação de incidentes de segurança e privacidade, contribuindo para a análise de riscos, obrigações legais, medidas de mitigação e estratégias de resposta. Acompanhar a evolução legislativa e regulatória nacional e internacional relacionada à proteção de dados, segurança digital, novas tecnologias e Inteligência Artificial. Representar a área em fóruns internos e externos relacionados à privacidade e IA Responsável. Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos e ações de conscientização sobre privacidade, proteção de dados e Inteligência Artificial. Avaliar projetos e processos que envolvam tratamento de dados pessoais, incluindo a definição de bases legais. Revisar políticas, avisos de privacidade e normativos internos e externos. Avaliar riscos e elaborar documentos que evidenciem as iniciativas de governança de privacidade e proteção de dados. Acompanhar indicadores e métricas relacionados à governança de privacidade e proteção de dados. Elaborar e realizar treinamentos para colaboradores e terceiros. Participar de fóruns setoriais para discussão de temas relacionados à privacidade e proteção de dados. Preparar contribuições para tomadas de subsídios e consultas públicas. Definir estratégias para resposta a ações de consumidores, administrativas e judiciais relacionadas à privacidade e proteção de dados.
