Definir, acompanhar e revisar estratégias de recuperação de crédito, considerando aspectos jurídicos e financeiros;

Coordenar e acompanhar a atuação de escritórios de advocacia terceirizados em ações de cobrança, execução e recuperação de créditos;

Avaliar estratégias processuais, andamento das ações e resultados obtidos pelos escritórios, propondo ajustes quando necessário;

Acompanhar processos judiciais e extrajudiciais relacionados à recuperação de crédito e garantias;

Atuar na negociação com devedores, buscando alternativas para recuperação dos créditos;

Analisar títulos de crédito, contratos e respectivas garantias, identificando riscos e oportunidades de recuperação;

Apoiar a elaboração e análise de contratos, especialmente relacionados às operações dos fundos;

Atuar em demandas jurídicas relacionadas ao direito imobiliário, quando aplicável às operações;

Participar das atividades de gestão dos fundos, incluindo assembleias, comunicações e envio de informações aos cotistas;

Apoiar o relacionamento e a contratação de prestadores de serviços dos fundos;

Acompanhar controles e informações relacionados ao caixa e às operações dos fundos;

Elaborar relatórios de gestão, comunicados, pareceres e demais documentos jurídicos;

Interagir com áreas internas, prestadores de serviços, investidores, escritórios de advocacia e demais stakeholders;

Apoiar demandas relacionadas a fundos de investimento e mercado de capitais.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior completa em Direito;

Conhecimento em contencioso estratégico, recuperação de crédito e garantias;

Conhecimento em títulos de crédito e suas garantias;

Experiência na gestão ou acompanhamento de escritórios de advocacia terceirizados;

Boa capacidade de análise e definição de estratégias jurídicas para recuperação de crédito;

Conhecimento em contratos;

Vivência ou conhecimento em direito imobiliário;

Conhecimento sobre fundos de investimento e mercado de capitais será um diferencial;

Boa capacidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento, especialmente com escritórios, investidores e devedores;

Excelente capacidade de redação e elaboração de relatórios, comunicados e pareceres jurídicos;

Word avançado;

Excel básico;

Inglês avançado/fluente.
