Temos certeza de que dia após dia construímos o futuro que queremos e esse futuro se apresenta em nosso propósito: construir sonhos que transformam o mundo. Vem #SERSangueVerde com a gente!💚🧡🚀 Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como Product Owner da Squad de Orçamentos e Custos, sendo responsável por liderar a evolução do produto e garantir o alinhamento entre as áreas de negócio e a Tecnologia, com foco na implementação da Nova EAP (Estrutura Analítica de Projetos) da MRV.Principais responsabilidades e atribuições:Liderar o planejamento, priorização e gestão do backlog da squad.Garantir o alinhamento entre processos de negócio e soluções sistêmicas, especialmente no ambiente SAP.Conduzir o levantamento, detalhamento, validação e priorização de requisitos junto às áreas corporativas.Atuar como principal ponto de conexão entre os times de negócio, Tecnologia e fornecedores.Promover o alinhamento das definições corporativas relacionadas à Nova EAP, assegurando a aderência das áreas envolvidas à estratégia da companhia.Liderar discussões e decisões relacionadas à simplificação, padronização e melhoria dos processos de orçamento e custos.Garantir que as soluções propostas atendam às necessidades operacionais da companhia e às adequações exigidas pela Reforma Tributária.Acompanhar as etapas de desenvolvimento, testes, homologação e implantação das soluções.Identificar riscos, dependências e impactos de negócio relacionados às iniciativas da squad.Conduzir fóruns executivos e reuniões de alinhamento com stakeholders de diferentes níveis hierárquicos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação acadêmica:Ensino superior completo em Engenharias ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos, Produtos, Processos, Tecnologia ou áreas afins será considerada diferencial.Conhecimentos e ferramentas:Conhecimento em mapeamento e documentação de processos e requisitos.Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.Conhecimento em processos de orçamento, custos, gestão de projetos e finanças corporativas.
