Aqui, cada pessoa é responsável por sua carreira e a leva para onde quiser. 💙 Deu match com o nosso jeito de ser? #VemPraUnidasResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstudo de Depreciação e Mercado: Realizar análises macroeconômicas e de mercado automotivo de pesados (caminhões, ônibus e implementos) para prever curvas de depreciação e obsolescência tecnológica. Cálculo de Valor Residual: Desenvolver e calibrar modelos estatísticos/matemáticos para a definição precisa dos valores residuais futuros dos ativos ao final dos contratos de locação. Monitoramento e Gestão de Portfólio: Acompanhar o comportamento do mercado de usados/seminovos pesados e revisar periodicamente a matriz de risco e as tabelas de valores residuais vigentes. Geração de Relatórios e Suporte à Tomada de Decisão: Elaborar relatórios de risco patrimonial para a diretoria, sugerindo ajustes de estratégias comerciais baseadas nos riscos de perda de valor residual.

Principais desafios:Volatilidade do Mercado de Pesados: Prever o impacto a longo prazo de mudanças na legislação de emissões (ex: Euro5/Euro6), novos combustíveis/tecnologias (elétricos/gás) e oscilações do frete no valor de revenda. Precisão nos Modelos Preditivos: Equilibrar a agressividade comercial para fechar novos negócios com o conservadorismo necessário para blindar a empresa contra perdas financeiras (devolução de ativos com valor menor que o provisionado). Especificidade dos Ativos: Lidar com a alta complexidade de customização dos veículos pesados (diferentes tipos de implementos, trações, motores e cabines), onde pequenas variações mudam drasticamente a liquidez do bem.#LI-AL1

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior concluído em Economia e entre outras;Experiência sólida em Pricing, Valor Residual, Gestão de Ativos, Inteligência de Mercado ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento do mercado de veículos pesados, transportes, implementos rodoviários ou setores relacionados; Forte capacidade analítica e experiência com modelagem financeira, estatística e análise preditiva; Experiência na elaboração de estudos de viabilidade econômica e avaliação de risco; Facilidade para transformar dados complexos em recomendações executivas para a liderança; Perfil estratégico, com visão de negócio e capacidade de influenciar decisões corporativas.
