Reformular e gerenciar a integração da plataforma de clientes e parceiros da Localiza&Co com o módulo BP do SAP, garantindo consistência cadastral, qualidade dos dados e evolução sustentável dos processos e interfaces entre os sistemas.

Escopo de responsabilidade

Configurar e evoluir o SAP BP (cadastro, papéis, agrupamentos, relacionamentos, status de campos e ciclo de vida)Mapear regras de negócio de clientes e parceiros e traduzi-las em customizing e processos no módulo BPReformular os fluxos de integração entre a plataforma de clientes e parceiros da Localiza&Co e o SAP BP do ponto de vista funcional (contrato de dados, mapeamento de campos e regras de sincronização)Elaborar especificações funcionais para desenvolvimentos, quando necessárioGarantir consistência cadastral entre a plataforma L&CO e o SAP BP (criação, atualização, inativação e sincronização)Atuar na identificação de causas-raiz de inconsistências de processo e cadastroPriorizar correções estruturais em relação a saneamento pontualDefinir e acompanhar indicadores de qualidade do cadastro e da integração de BPDocumentar processos, contratos de integração e padrões funcionais para consumo pelas squadsAtuar como referência funcional junto a negócio, dados e tecnologia na evolução do domínio de clientes e parceirosRequisitos e qualificaçõesHard skillsExperiência sólida como consultor/analista funcional SAP no módulo BP (Business Partner)Domínio de cadastro BP: papéis (roles), relacionamentos, agrupamentos e ciclo de vida (criação, alteração e inativação)Experiência em customizing e desenho de processos de Business PartnerCapacidade de traduzir regras complexas de clientes e parceiros em configuração e especificações funcionaisExperiência com integração de cadastro (mapeamento, contratos de dados e validação de interfaces), sem exigir desenvolvimentoConhecimento de ambientes SAP complexos e convivência com sistemas satélite é desejávelConhecimento/experiência com ferramentas de MDM (matching, deduplicação, regras de sobrevivência e Golden Record) é um diferencial
