ESPECIALISTA DE INTELIGÊNCIA DE MERCADO – SUPPLY MANAGEMENTEstamos conduzindo um processo confidencial para uma indústria multinacional de grande porte, que busca um(a) Especialista de Inteligência de Mercado para integrar sua estrutura de Supply Management.A posição terá atuação exclusivamente voltada à inteligência de mercado. Procuramos um profissional capaz de transformar dados econômicos, setoriais e de commodities em informações estratégicas para apoiar as decisões da liderança.Mais do que consolidar relatórios ou reproduzir informações fornecidas por ferramentas, essa pessoa deverá analisar criticamente os dados, confrontar diferentes fontes, identificar inconsistências e construir uma visão própria sobre tendências, riscos e movimentos de mercado.Responsabilidades e atribuições• Monitorar o mercado nacional e internacional de matérias-primas e commodities;• Analisar especialmente as categorias de aço, cobre e alumínio;• Acompanhar preços, índices, câmbio, oferta, demanda, capacidade produtiva e movimentos da cadeia de fornecimento;• Identificar tendências, riscos, oportunidades e possíveis impactos para o negócio;• Cruzar informações provenientes de diferentes ferramentas, fontes especializadas e agentes de mercado;• Questionar dados e premissas, evitando a simples reprodução das informações recebidas;• Elaborar relatórios executivos, estudos de mercado, cenários e recomendações;• Apresentar análises e defender conclusões em discussões estratégicas;• Apoiar as áreas de Supply Management e Compras com inteligência para a tomada de decisão;Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS• Experiência consistente e prioritariamente dedicada à inteligência de mercado, análise setorial, inteligência competitiva ou estudos econômicos;• Vivência com análise de commodities, matérias-primas ou mercados industriais;• Conhecimento de indicadores econômicos, formação de preços, oferta, demanda, câmbio e tendências de mercado;• Capacidade de interpretar dados e transformá-los em recomendações para o negócio;• Excel avançado e familiaridade com ferramentas de análise e visualização de dados;• Inglês avançado ou fluente para reuniões, apresentações e interação frequente com a matriz;• Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida, com quatro dias presenciais por semana na Zona Sul de São Paulo;• Formação superior completa. A área de formação é flexível, desde que acompanhada de experiência compatível com a posição.PERFIL ESPERADOBuscamos uma pessoa analítica, crítica, investigativa e intelectualmente inquieta. É importante ter segurança para questionar informações, aprofundar análises e defender conclusões com dados e argumentos consistentes.O profissional deverá apresentar comunicação objetiva, firmeza, autonomia, maturidade e capacidade de atuar em um ambiente exigente e orientado à qualidade das entregas.Informações adicionaisDIFERENCIAIS• Experiência com aço, cobre e/ou alumínio;• Passagem pelos setores industrial, mineração, siderurgia, construção, agronegócio ou consultorias especializadas em commodities;• Conhecimento de ferramentas e fontes internacionais de inteligência de mercado;• Experiência na elaboração e apresentação de análises para públicos executivos;• Familiaridade com modelos estatísticos, projeções, forecasting ou análise preditiva.INFORMAÇÕES DA POSIÇÃO• Contratação: CLT;• Local de trabalho: Zona Sul de São Paulo, próximo à estação Conceição;• Modelo híbrido: quatro dias presenciais e um dia de home office;• PLR de até 1,5 salário, conforme os resultados da empresa;• Bônus anual de até 1,5 salário, conforme o atingimento das metas individuais;• Processo inicialmente confidencial.
