Buscamos um Analista de Inteligência de Vendas para atuar na área comercial, apoiando a gestão com análises, relatórios, desenvolvimento de dashboards e geração de informações que impulsionem a performance de vendas e a tomada de decisão.Responsabilidades e atribuições

Desenvolver estratégias de planejamento tributário, identificando oportunidades de otimização da carga tributária, recuperação de créditos, aproveitamento de incentivos fiscais e eficiência fiscal, alinhadas à legislação vigente e aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa;

Avaliar e acompanhar teses tributárias administrativas, incentivos fiscais e oportunidades de reestruturação tributária, elaborando estudos de viabilidade técnica, econômica e de riscos, bem como recomendando alternativas que agreguem valor ao negócio;                                         Analisar riscos tributários, monitorando alterações legislativas, entendimentos dos órgãos fiscalizadores, propondo medidas de mitigação e garantindo aderência às políticas internas e às exigências legais;

Atuar como parceiro estratégico das áreas de negócio, apoiando projetos multidisciplinares relacionados à expansão de operações, lançamento de produtos, precificação, revisão de modelos de negócio, mudanças operacionais e transformações organizacionais, avaliando impactos e oportunidades tributárias;

Traduzir a legislação tributária em impactos financeiros e operacionais para a organização, desenvolvendo simulações, estimativas de carga tributária e análises de cenários, com avaliação dos reflexos para clientes, fornecedores e demais stakeholders, destacando riscos, oportunidades, benefícios e eventuais desvantagens;                                

Apoiar a implementação da Reforma Tributária, promovendo alinhamento entre as áreas envolvidas, conduzindo treinamentos, participando da definição de estratégias, acompanhando planos de ação e avaliando os impactos econômicos, operacionais e sistêmicos da transição;                                         Estruturar, formalizar e acompanhar projetos de incentivos fiscais junto a órgãos governamentais, desde a identificação de oportunidades até a obtenção;                                        

Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de negócio, fornecendo suporte técnico especializado para a tomada de decisão e garantindo a implementação adequada das soluções tributárias.        

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou áreas afins;Desejável pós-graduação em Direito Tributário, Gestão Tributária ou áreas afins;
