Responsável por garantir a conformidade fiscal e a otimização da carga tributária da organização. Atuar de forma estratégica e operacional no planejamento, apuração e inteligência tributária, assegurando o cumprimento de todas as obrigações acessórias e principais (impostos diretos e indiretos), acompanhando mudanças na legislação e identificando oportunidades de eficiência fiscal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApurar impostos diretos (IRPJ, CSLL) e indiretos (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IPI), garantindo o recolhimento correto nos prazos legais.Coordenar e entregar obrigações acessórias federais, estaduais e municipais (ex: EFD-Reinf, SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, ECF, ECD, DCTF, GIA).Elaborar estudos de cenários fiscais, análise de regimes de tributação (Lucro Real, Lucro Presumido) e identificar créditos tributários não aproveitados.Mapear e implementar os impactos das mudanças regulatórias (ex: CBS, IBS, IS) na operação da empresa e nos sistemas ERP.Acompanhar auditorias internas e externas, prestar esclarecimentos à fiscalização e apoiar o contencioso tributário junto ao time jurídico.Garantir que as regras e alíquotas fiscais estejam corretamente cadastradas no sistema integrado da empresa. Apoiar áreas como Compras, Vendas, Contabilidade e Jurídico em dúvidas fiscais, parametrização de produtos/serviços e impactos tributários em novos negócios.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Direito, Administração ou Economia.Especialização ou pós-graduação em Direito Tributário, Gestão Fiscal ou Controladoria.Experiência consolidada na área tributária/fiscal preferencialmente em empresas de médio/grande porte ou consultorias.Amplo conhecimento em legislação tributária nacional (impostos diretos, indiretos e retenções na fonte).Excel avançado e ferramentas de análise de dadosInformações adicionaisPACOTE DE BENEFÍCIOS:·        Assistência Médica Levmed ou Unimed extensiva a cônjuges e filhos·        Assistência Odontológica Odonto Jaraguá extensiva a cônjuges e filhos·        Vale Transporte·        Útil Card·        Seguro de vida·        Restaurante Interno·        Bolsa de Estudos·        PLR – Participação nos Lucros e Resultados·        Prêmio Presença/Assiduidade
