A(o) Estagiária(o) de Operações atuará no apoio às rotinas administrativas da área de Operações e Regularização de Lotes, contribuindo com a organização de documentos físicos e digitais, atualização de informações nos sistemas internos e demais atividades operacionais do departamento.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a leitura, separação e digitalização de documentos, escrituras e demais arquivos da área; Organizar documentos físicos e digitais nas respectivas pastas dos lotes no SharePoint; Receber documentos encaminhados pelos departamentos por meio do GLPI, e-mail ou em formato físico, conferindo se estão corretos, completos e legíveis; Apoiar a atualização de documentos e informações no sistema Sankhya; Apoiar o acompanhamento e encerramento de chamados no GLPI, conforme orientação da equipe; Apoiar as atividades administrativas e operacionais da área de Operações e Regularização de Lotes; Organizar e manter o arquivo físico e digital da área, facilitando a localização dos documentos; Apoiar a equipe nas demais demandas administrativas do departamento.

Requisitos e qualificações Estar cursando graduação em Administração, Gestão de Processos, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office; Desejável conhecimento em Excel; Organização e atenção aos detalhes; Boa comunicação; Proatividade e vontade de aprender; Responsabilidade e comprometimento com as atividades; Disponibilidade para trabalhar com documentos físicos, incluindo arquivos antigos que exigem cuidado no manuseio.

De segunda a sexta-feira, das 12h às 18h, com 30 minutos de intervalo.
