Se você é proativo(a) e tem interesse em se desenvolver nessa área, esta é a oportunidade ideal para você!Responsabilidades:Atendimento dos chamados do catálogo de serviços da Área de Apoio no GLPI referentes a Codificação de Documentos, Assinatura Digital de Documentos, Apoio à Solicitação ao Almoxarifado e Apoio a Eventos. Acompanhamento de pendências junto às áreas solicitantes e envolvidas, com registro do andamento e do motivo de cada pendência. Triagem das solicitações recebidas pelos canais da Área de Apoio (e-mail e GLPI), com direcionamento para o fluxo correto de atendimento e encaminhamento das demandas fora do escopo às áreas responsáveis. Atendimento dos chamados do catálogo de serviços referentes a Adiantamento, Reembolso e Pagamento a Terceiros; Ponto e Frequência; e Apoio à Requisição de Compras, com conferência das regras e normas internas aplicáveis.Acompanhamento da fila de chamados da Área de Apoio, com sinalização à supervisão dos chamados próximos do prazo ou pendentes, e apoio no levantamento de dados para os indicadores de atendimento. Participação no mapeamento e na melhoria de processos da Área de Apoio, com proposição de ajustes em fluxos, formulários e oportunidades de automação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando graduação em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Processos Gerencias e áreas correlatas, a partir do 2º período/semestre; Previsão de conclusão do curso a partir de dezembro de 2028.

Requisitos:Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e capacidade de gerenciamento de atividades e prazos;Atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com a qualidade das entregas;Postura profissional, ética e responsabilidade no ambiente de trabalho;Proatividade na identificação de demandas e proposição de soluções;Facilidade para trabalho em equipe e relacionamento interpessoal.
