Também irá apoiar as lojas por meio de chatbot, realizar a importação de bases de clientes, acompanhar as atualizações e garantir a integridade das informações no sistema.Auxiliar na inclusão e o bloqueio de associados nos convênios e a identificação e correção de cadastros duplicados.VAGA - Administrativo | Relacionamento ConvêniosATIVIDADES:Atividades em relacionamento, controles e apoio às empresas parceiras;Apoiar a organização de ações de relacionamento com empresas parceiras, organizar contratos e documentações, atualizar indicadores e controles administrativos, apoiar análises relacionadas à performance dos convênios e auxiliar na execução de eventos presenciais nas empresas;Auxiliar parte da rotina o atendimento aos convênios por e-mail, prestando suporte e esclarecendo dúvidas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em andamento nos seguintes cursos: Administração, Economia, Engenharia de Produção, Logística e Estatística;Conhecimento em Pacote Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint);Conhecimento básico em SQL, Python ou ferramentas de análise de dados;Afinidade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial;Interesse por indicadores, análise de dados e melhoria de processos.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Bolsa-auxílio: 1.500,00;Transporte fretado;Vale transporte;Descontos e parcerias;Refeitório local.
