Estamos em busca de uma pessoa candidata para atuar como Estagiário(a) na área de Patrocínio, apoiando a equipe no acompanhamento e execução dos entregáveis da área, relacionamento com patrocinadores e organização das diferentes etapas da jornada do cliente. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar a jornada dos patrocinadores, desde a assinatura do contrato até a conclusão das entregas;Acompanhar as entregas e contrapartidas de patrocínio durante os eventos;Manter contato com os patrocinadores, acompanhando demandas, prazos e pendências;Apoiar a organização e realização de reuniões com patrocinadores, incluindo os momentos pré e pós-evento;Apoiar o acompanhamento dos contratos de patrocínio e o fluxo de informações entre as áreas envolvidas;Preparar materiais e apoiar o desdobramento das reuniões e próximos passos;Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios pós-evento e controles internos da área;Apoiar a comunicação das iniciativas e entregas da área, incluindo redes sociais e materiais de divulgação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando ensino superior em Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Relações Públicas, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico no Pacote Office;Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido, sendo 3x na semana presencial.Diferenciais:

Familiaridade com Canva ou outras ferramentas de criação e edição de materiais;Interesse por marketing, comunicação, eventos e posicionamento de marcas.
