Estágio de seis horas diárias, em horário a combinar, de segunda a sexta-feira.Trabalho híbrido, atualmente com um dia presencial, no Centro do Rio, pertinho da estação Carioca do metrô.Oportunidade para crescer no Instituto Infnet, uma faculdade com foco em Engenharias Tech, Ciência de Dados, Comunicação e Design Digital.Oportunidade de contratação ao final do estágio, com direito a bolsas para continuar os estudos na instituição.Ambiente universitário que favorece seu aprendizado, com acesso à biblioteca para estudos e networking com professores e profissionais da área.Bolsas de estudo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxílio na Operação de Redes Sociais: Apoiar na operação dos canais oficiais conforme o planejamento estratégico, utilizando ferramentas de IA para auxiliar na otimização de horários e na automação de fluxos de publicação;Suporte na Criação de Conteúdo: Colaborar na produção diária de textos, imagens e roteiros com o suporte de ferramentas de IA, aplicando técnicas de storytelling para reforçar a autoridade da marca;Apoio Audiovisual e Captação: Auxiliar na captação de materiais para conteúdo orgânico, utilizando recursos de IA para estruturar roteiros e oferecer suporte técnico durante as gravações;Execução de Edição e Design: Realizar a edição de vídeos curtos (Reels, Stories e Shorts) e o tratamento básico de imagens, utilizando recursos de pós-produção para manter o padrão visual da instituição;Apoio em Estratégias de Performance: Dar suporte no planejamento e na execução de táticas de Growth, com foco em ampliar a visibilidade dos canais e na geração de leads;Assistência em Análise de Dados: Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios de acompanhamento de indicadores (KPIs), ajudando a organizar dados que gerem melhorias para os resultados dos canais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Cursando graduação em qualquer área de formação;Faltar, no mínimo, um ano e meio de estudos para completar sua formação;Domínio da língua portuguesa, com foco em clareza, coesão e revisão de textos;Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de edição como CapCut e Canva (fotos e vídeos);Conhecimento em Google Workspace (Documentos, Planilhas e Drive).Desejáveis:Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA Generativa aplicada à comunicação;Conhecimento em planejamento de mídias sociais, calendários editoriais e gestão de comunidades;Noções de métricas digitais e capacidade analítica básica para leitura de relatórios;Vivência com produção de conteúdo em vídeo no estilo mobile first (TikTok e Reels);Capacidade de leitura em inglês;Perfil proativo com facilidade para o aprendizado de novos softwares e tecnologias.Informações adicionaisBolsa auxílio de R$1.500,00;Vale-transporte para os dias presenciais;Dia livre de aniversário a partir de um ano de casa;Seguro de vida;Mentoria;Recesso remunerado;Bolsas parciais de estudos em cursos da instituição.
