Ajudamos a interpretar dados, otimizar processos e construir um relacionamento de confiança e longo prazo.Aqui, você terá a chance de atuar diretamente com o campo, vivenciar o dia a dia do agronegócio e fazer parte de uma equipe que coloca o cliente no centro de tudo, com empatia, proatividade e foco em resultados reais.Responsabilidades e atribuições👨‍🌾 Como você vai fazer acontecer: Operar o software de gestão rural Aegro para clientes da sua carteira, auxiliando no cadastro, parametrização e organização de dados de receitas, despesas, estoques e custos de produção. Tornar-se um especialista na solução Aegro, compreendendo como os lançamentos impactam a saúde financeira e contábil das propriedades rurais. Conduzir treinamentos e reuniões com produtores rurais para ensinar as melhores práticas de uso da plataforma, garantindo a correta alimentação dos dados.Planejar e executar reuniões periódicas para apresentar o trabalho realizado, auxiliando o cliente na leitura e interpretação de relatórios financeiros e gerenciais.Requisitos e qualificações🧩 O que acreditamos que vai potencializar a sua jornada:Estar cursando Contabilidade ou Ciências Contábeis;Disponibilidade para estagiar por, no mínimo, 1 ano;Disponibilidade para cumprir carga horária de 30 horas semanais;Disponibilidade para atuação em modelo híbrido, com encontros presenciais 1 vez por semana em Porto Alegre/RS;Perfil proativo, com autonomia e facilidade de aprendizado;Boa comunicação oral e escrita;Organização, gestão do tempo e atenção às demandas do dia a dia;Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA aplicadas ao contexto de trabalho, utilizando-as de forma crítica e produtiva para apoiar atividades, análises e tomadas de decisão.Informações adicionais💚 O que faz parte da experiência Aegro Você irá encontrar um ambiente onde autonomia, colaboração e aprendizado fazem parte da rotina.
