Chegamos ao Brasil em 2015, após a aquisição das marcas Maguary e Dafruta, ambas já consolidadas no país, com o objetivo de expandir os negócios e conquistar o consumidor brasileiro com ainda mais produtos de qualidade e referência no mercado. Em 2017, após a aquisição da marca de sucos Bela Ischia, nos estabelecemos no mercado nacional e lançamos novas marcas, como Fruit Shoot, uma linha infantil, Natural Tea e Nuts, focadas no bem-estar e saudabilidade, e a linha premium da companhia com o mixer Britvic e o xarope francês Mathieu Teisseire. Em 2023, aumentamos nosso portfólio com a aquisição de novas marcas, entrando com tudo nas categorias de energéticos com Extra Power e Flying Horse, de sucos funcionais com Juxx, e de smoothies de açaí com Amazoo.Temos hoje em nossa estrutura 4 plantas fabris - duas fábricas em Minas Gerais, uma fábrica no Ceará e uma no Rio Grande do Sul – além de nosso escritório matriz em São Paulo e diversos centros de distribuição.
