Você é uma pessoa curiosa, analítica e interessada em entender como dados e tecnologia podem fortalecer a Auditoria e a gestão de processos dentro de uma organização?Buscamos um(a) Estagiário(a) para apoiar a área de Auditoria com foco em Analytics, atuando na coleta, organização, análise e visualização de dados relacionados a auditorias, riscos, controles internos e eficiência de processos.Neste papel, você terá contato direto com indicadores estratégicos da Auditoria, contribuindo para decisões mais estruturadas, éticas e baseadas em evidências, além de desenvolver uma visão prática sobre governança e melhoria contínua.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a coleta, organização e atualização de dados relacionados a:Auditorias internasMapeamento e acompanhamento de processosIndicadores de riscos e controles internosPlanos de ação e follow-up de auditoriasCriar e manter dashboards e relatórios gerenciais com indicadores de Auditoria, como:Status de auditorias (planejadas, em andamento, concluídas);Percentual de atendimento a recomendações;Prazo médio de conclusão de planos de ação;Indicadores de riscos e não conformidades.Apoiar análises quantitativas e qualitativas sobre temas como:Eficiência de processos;Cumprimento de controles internos;Tendências de achados de auditoria;Principais causas de desvios e riscos recorrentes.Contribuir para a estruturação de processos de coleta de dados, integrando diferentes fontes, como:Sistemas corporativos;Planilhas de controle;Bases internas da Auditoria;Pesquisas e levantamentos específicos.Apoiar a preparação de apresentações executivas e materiais analíticos para comitês, liderança e reuniões estratégicas da área.Trabalhar com dados de forma ética e responsável, garantindo sigilo e cuidado com informações sensíveis.Atuar em projetos transversais da Auditoria, colaborando com outras frentes como Riscos, Compliance, Controles Internos e Tecnologia, quando aplicável.Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ ESSENCIAL!Ensino superior em andamento em Administração, Ciência de Dados, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciências Atuariais, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Interesse ou conhecimentos iniciais em análise de dados, Excel, Power BI e/ou ferramentas similares; Interesse em temas como: Auditoria baseada em dados (Data Analytics); Riscos corporativos; Governança, compliance e controles internos; Melhoria contínua de processos;Uso de tecnologia na Auditoria;Raciocínio analítico e curiosidade para investigar causas e padrões.É DIFERENCIAL!Conhecimento em Power BI Desktop para a criação de dashboards interativos, visualização e modelagem de dados (incluindo DAX básico).Familiaridade com automação de tarefas e integração de dados (ETL).Domínio de funcionalidades avançadas, incluindo Power Query e tabelas dinâmicas, como complemento ao BI.Conhecimento básico em bancos de dados para extração e manipulação de informações.Informações adicionaisConfira os nossos benefícios:💰 Bolsa-auxílioR$ 2.500,00🏥 Saúde e Bem-estarSeguro de vida Credencial SESCTotalPassGinástica laboral 2x por semana no escritório🍽️ AlimentaçãoVale refeição de R$990,52 (inclusive nas férias), sem desconto em folha.🚍 MobilidadeVale transporte integral.Modelo de trabalho híbrido – 3x por semana presencial na Faria Lima e 2x
