Nossas unidades de engenharia e construção são focadas em projetos de Infraestrutura, Energia, Mobilidade e Indústria, com ênfase na excelência operacional.Se você é focado em processos, é flexível e se adapta às mudanças, e anseia por trabalhar em uma multinacional em expansão, aqui é o seu lugar!Na Andrade Gutierrez todas as pessoas são bem-vindas, independente de gênero, orientação sexual, raça, etnia ou deficiência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar análises de Due Diligence e pesquisas de integridade de clientes, fornecedores, parceiros e demais terceiros, identificando riscos, PEPs, sanções e mídia negativa.Auxiliar na avaliação e classificação de riscos, realizando análises de dados, cruzamentos de informações e identificação de situações atípicas ou potenciais riscos.Apoiar análises de pagamentos e transações, verificando documentação, aprovações e conformidade com os procedimentos internos.Executar e acompanhar controles de Compliance, incluindo planilhas, indicadores, relatórios, evidências, prazos e pendências junto às áreas internas.Apoiar a atualização de políticas, procedimentos e normas, interagindo com áreas como Financeiro, Jurídico, Compras, Comercial e Operações e mantendo-se atualizado sobre boas práticas de Compliance e gestão de riscos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior cursando em Administração ou Direito; Conhecimento em Excel, processos de básicos de Due Diligence e Compliance;Perfil colaborativo, organizado, com facilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas e níveis organizacionais.Comunicação assertiva e atenção aos detalhes;Proatividade, senso de responsabilidade e disposição para aprender.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: Berrini | SPFormação prevista entre dezembro de 2027 a julho de 2028;Disponibilidade para estagiar 6h diárias;Estágio 100% Presencial.
