Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Compras para integrar nosso time!Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, proativa, com perfil analítico e interesse em desenvolver seus conhecimentos na área de Compras e Suprimentos.Durante o estágio, você terá a oportunidade de acompanhar os processos de compras da empresa, apoiar cotações, contato com fornecedores, controles da área e análises comerciais, adquirindo experiência prática e conhecimento sobre a rotina de Compras.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a realização de cotações de produtos e serviços;Auxiliar no contato com fornecedores para levantamento de preços, prazos e condições comerciais;Apoiar na elaboração e atualização de mapas comparativos de propostas;Auxiliar na emissão e acompanhamento de pedidos de compras;Acompanhar prazos de entrega junto aos fornecedores;Apoiar a prospecção e atualização do cadastro de fornecedores;Auxiliar na organização de propostas, documentos e informações da área;Apoiar o acompanhamento de contratos e condições comerciais;Atualizar planilhas, controles e relatórios da área de Compras;Apoiar o levantamento de informações para acompanhamento dos indicadores da área;Auxiliar em análises de custos e comparativos comerciais;Prestar suporte às demandas administrativas da área;Interagir com áreas internas para acompanhamento das solicitações de compras;Contribuir com sugestões de melhoria nos controles e processos da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando em Administração, Logística, Engenharia, Comércio Exterior, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em Excel;Interesse em desenvolver carreira na área de Compras/Suprimentos;Boa comunicação e organização;Perfil analítico e atenção aos detalhes;Facilidade para trabalhar com planilhas, controles e informações;Proatividade e vontade de aprender.DiferenciaisConhecimento ou contato prévio com rotinas de Compras ou Suprimentos;Conhecimento em ERP ou sistemas de gestão;Conhecimento em ERP Sankhya.
