Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais temas que você poderá contribuir:Condução e acompanhamento do Recrutamento e Seleção das vagas produtivas (alto volume), administrativas e estratégicas;Acompanhamento do processo de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, desde o levantamento, alinhamento e execução dos treinamentos internos e externos;Apoiar os projetos e processos de Avaliação de Desempenho, Cargos e Salários, Pesquisa de Clima, Comunicação Interna e Eventos;Elaboração e análise tática dos Indicadores Estratégicos;Participação ativa da elaboração do planejamento da área e em projetos de melhorias; eDentre outros desafios!É importante na posição:Pensar e executar ações com disciplina e zelo; Fornecer suporte para as pessoas e processos de trabalho;Promover boas práticas para uma atuação eficiente na operação;Adotar uma postura positiva frente aos desafios;Acompanhamento de atividades, metas e indicadores; eAtuar com organização, atenção aos prazos e qualidade de informações.Requisitos e qualificações Responsabilidades e atribuições

Principais temas que você poderá contribuir:

Criação e elaboração de artes gráficas para comunicação interna;Desenvolvimento de materiais para campanhas, eventos e ações de RH;Criação de conteúdo para TV corporativa, murais, comunicados e canais internos;Apoio na comunicação de programas, benefícios, treinamentos e ações de desenvolvimento;Desenvolvimento de convites, banners, informativos, apresentações e materiais institucionais;Apoio na organização e divulgação de ações de Endomarketing e Comunicação Interna;Contribuição com ideias criativas para fortalecer o relacionamento e a comunicação com os colaboradores;Apoio ao time de RH nas demandas de comunicação e divulgação das ações do setor.

Requisitos e qualificações

Familiaridade com ferramentas de edição e criação, como Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator ou similares;
