Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar processos admissionais, incluindo coleta, conferência e organização de documentos, bem como cadastro e processamento das informações em sistema.Efetuar o controle, programação e cálculo de férias dos colaboradores.Acompanhar processos de homologação e rescisão contratual, garantindo conformidade com a legislação vigente.Prestar atendimento e suporte aos colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas a rotinas de Departamento Pessoal.Manter atualizados os registros e controles administrativos relacionados à gestão de pessoal.Apoiar as demais atividades e rotinas do setor de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando Tecnólogo ou graduação em Recursos Humanos, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento básico em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal será considerado um diferencial.Pacote Office intermediário, com foco em Excel.Conhecimento em fórmulas, PROCV/PROCX, tabelas dinâmicas, controles e elaboração de planilhas.Boa comunicação, organização e atenção aos detalhes.Facilidade para atendimento e relacionamento com colaboradores.
