Em constante sinergia com as lideranças locais e regionais de EHS, o departamento desenvolve programas focados na mitigação de riscos operacionais e na prevenção de acidentes, além de impulsionar iniciativas ambientais para o aprimoramento contínuo dos processos, como a gestão eficiente do consumo de água e a redução de resíduos. Nossa atuação baseia-se em uma governança sólida, presença ativa nas plantas, padronização de rotinas e comunicação contínua com todas as unidades ao redor do mundo.Vaga elegível para pessoas com deficiência ou reabilitadasResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesGovernança dos Indicadores de EHS - Apoiar na coleta, consolidação e monitoramento global dos KPIs de EHS, comunicando-se com as fábricas ao redor do mundo a fim de garantir que os dados sejam atualizados corretamente e dentro dos prazos. Gestão da Informação e Informática - Atuar, juntamente com o Analista de EHS, no desenvolvimento, manutenção e atualização de sistemas de gestão de informação, como Dashboards, Planilhas, Sites, dentro de plataformas Google e Microsoft. Governança das Ações Globais de EHS - Apoiar rotinas de monitoramento para gestão de EHS, manter contato com as fábricas para realizar acompanhamento, cobranças e suporte. Treinamentos - Auxiliar o Analista de EHS no desenvolvimento de materiais de treinamento e campanhas de EHS - Vídeos, treinamentos, áudios - através do uso de ferramentas de IA.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstudante de Engenharia Ambiental, Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção ou áreas afim; Inglês Intermediário;  Proatividade e participação; Perfil colaborativo, empático e de fácil acesso para as plantas locais; Desejável:Microsoft 365 (especialmente Excel para análise de dados e PowerPoint para montagem de apresentações);Gostar de trabalhar gestão da informação, governança de dados, informações e criação de dashboards Conhecimento em Dashboards (Looker Studio ou outros); Ter interesse em desenvolver novas atividades com o uso de IA.;
