Venha com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQual o objetivo desse programa de estágio?·        Desenvolver habilidades e competências necessárias para atuação do estagiário como futuro farmacêutico em farmácia comunitária, contemplando as áreas de gestão farmacêutica, cuidado farmacêutico e assistência farmacêutica; Quais os principais aprendizados e atividades desenvolvidas durante o programa?·        Acompanhar e participar da rotina do farmacêutico que atuando na farmácia comunitária.·        Aprender a executar os processos e fluxos que envolvam a gestão farmacêutica;·        Aprender a executar os processos e fluxos que envolvam a prática clínica no consultório farmacêutico (acolhimento, anamnese, exames de análises clínicas, vacinas, injetáveis, perfuração de lóbulo, documentação dos serviços, emissão de relatórios e notificação para os órgãos sanitários);·  Aprender a executar os processos de controle de qualidade (conhecimento em Excel será um diferencial)·        Aprender a executar os processos e fluxos que compreendam a dispensação de medicamentos e atenção farmacêutica ao paciente; incluindo os medicamentos sujeitos a controle especial e antimicrobianos;·        Compreender e aprender a executar o ciclo completo da assistência farmacêutica em farmácia comunitária (qualificação de fornecedores, gerenciamento de estoque/pedido de compra, recebimento, armazenamento no estoque e dispensação).·        Desenvolver habilidade de análise crítica dos fluxos e processos aprendidos, identificando fragilidades e oportunidades, sugerir soluções e implementações através de plano de ação estruturado.·        Aprender e realizar o fluxo de envios do SNGPC (Sistema Nacional de Gerenciamento de Produtos Controlados);·        Aprender a executar os processos inerentes as Boas Práticas Farmacêuticas na farmácia comunitária;·        Aprender a implementar e executar o Plano de Gerenciamento de Resíduos de Serviço de Saúde (PGRSS) da farmácia;·        Compreender o fluxo de licenciamentos e documentações para o funcionamento da farmácia junto aos órgãos sanitários (alvarás, certidão de regularidade, AFE, etc.)·        Elaboração, revisão e atualização de Procedimentos operacionais padrão (POPs).·        Compreender as metas comerciais e acompanhar o dashboard de indicadores;·        Compreender indicadores financeiros da farmácia – DRE (Demonstração de Resultado do Exercício), CMV, Ticket médio, % de descontos, entre outros.·        Aprender a realizar todos os serviços clínicos prestados no consultório farmacêutico da farmácia, contemplando todas as fases pré-analítica, analítica e pós analítica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando Superior em Farmácia ou Química Disponibilidade para estágio de 6 horas diárias, ou seja, 30 horas semanaisInformações adicionaisAlém da Bolsa estágio, temos ampla oportunidade de crescimento profissional e efetivação, que só a rede líder do varejo farmacêutico da região Sul e em expansão pode oferecer.
