Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Infraestrutura para apoiar as atividades da área de TI, contribuindo para a manutenção dos recursos tecnológicos da empresa e garantindo o suporte necessário aos usuários. Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para desenvolver conhecimentos técnicos e adquirir experiência prática em infraestrutura, redes e suporte.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Auxiliar na instalação, configuração e manutenção de computadores, notebooks e periféricos. Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários, presencialmente e remotamente. Apoiar o controle e organização dos equipamentos de TI. Auxiliar nas atividades de infraestrutura de redes e conectividade. Realizar atualizações de sistemas, softwares e equipamentos. Apoiar o monitoramento do ambiente de TI e abertura de chamados. Auxiliar na documentação de processos, procedimentos e inventário de equipamentos. Dar suporte às demandas da equipe de Infraestrutura e Tecnologia da Informação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstar cursando Ensino Superior ou Técnico em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimentos básicos em hardware, software e sistemas operacionais Windows.Noções de redes de computadores.Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office.Interesse em aprender e desenvolver-se na área de Infraestrutura.

Formação Ensino Superior cursando Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou Engenharia de Software ou áreas afins. Diferenciais  Conhecimento em Active Directory. Conhecimento em Microsoft 365. Noções de virtualização. Experiência prévia com suporte técnico ou atendimento ao usuário.
