Responsabilidades e atribuições• Atender e solucionar solicitações de clientes por meio de diferentes canais digitais, como telefone, chat, e-mail, WhatsApp e URA, buscando a resolução das demandas no primeiro contato, de acordo com os procedimentos da área.• Abrir tickets de atendimento quando necessário para tratativas de segundo nível (ocorrências mais complexas).• Auxiliar no tratamento de ocorrências simples, garantindo que estejam nas caixas de tratativas corretas e indicando áreas que precisam agilizar o tratamento de solicitações.• Tratar solicitações específicas recebidas por e-mail, como dúvidas sobre boletos, garantia de produtos, suporte ao e-commerce, análise de alterações cadastrais, envio de arquivos XML, e formulários de contato recebidos pelo site.• Realizar atendimento receptivo, ou seja, receber e responder chamadas ou mensagens iniciadas pelos clientes.• Fornecer informações claras e orientações aos clientes, especialmente em casos de reclamações, devoluções e outras questões conforme políticas da empresa e legislação vigente (Código Civil e Código de Defesa do Consumidor).• Acompanhar processos de troca de mercadorias e fornecer atualizações de rastreamento aos clientes, garantindo que sejam notificados adequadamente.• Entrar em contato com clientes para obter feedback sobre produtos/serviços, além de realizar avaliações da empresa, contribuindo para análises de posicionamento no mercado.
