Não pode cursar período integral;Tenha disponibilidade para estagiar por pelo menos 1 ano e meio à 2 anos;Resida em Barueri/SP e/ou ter fácil acesso para atuar na região;Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e PowerPoint;Inglês intermediário ou avançado;Interesse em processos produtivos, Supply Chain, TPM e melhoria contínua;Organização e atenção aos detalhes para acompanhamento de dados, processos e documentação;Boa capacidade analítica para interpretar informações e apoiar a tomada de decisão;Compromisso com práticas de Segurança, Qualidade e disciplina operacional;Boa comunicação para interação com diferentes áreas e equipes, condução de apresentações e compartilhamento de resultados.O que fará você se destacar?Conhecimento inicial de indicadores industriais, como OEE, perdas e produtividade;Familiaridade com Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen ou metodologias de melhoria contínua;Participação em projetos acadêmicos, iniciação científica, empresa júnior, monitorias ou experiências anteriores em ambiente industrial;Facilidade para trabalhar com indicadores, dashboards e análises de desempenho;Proatividade e vontade de aprender em um ambiente industrial dinâmico;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e contribuir para um ambiente colaborativo;Interesse em construir carreira nas áreas de Operações, Excelência Operacional ou Supply Chain.Informações adicionaisO que te oferecemos nessa jornada?Bolsa de Estágio (o valor varia de acordo com região e ano de matrícula);Refeição no local; Auxílio Transporte; Seguro de Vida; Plano de saúde individual; WellHub (antigo Gympass); Universidade Corporativa.(Estagiários não recebem 13º salário)
