Aqui, os diversos veículos são abrigados pelo inesquecível Edifício Gazeta, símbolo arquitetônico que se destaca na Avenida Paulista, 900.Seja FCL, seja memorável.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitoramento e manutenção preventiva dos laboratórios de informática, garantindo seu pleno funcionamento e o suporte aos usuários;Apoio na instalação e configuração de softwares, sistemas internos e sistemas operacionais Windows e macOS;Apoio na manutenção de desktops e notebooks (hardware e periféricos);Controle de inventário de equipamentos, gestão de reservas e organização da infraestrutura dos laboratórios;Suporte aos atendimentos presenciais e remotos para colaboradores, professores e alunos, com registro e acompanhamento de chamados em plataforma ITSM;Apoio nas atividades de administração básica do Active Directory (criação e manutenção de usuários e computadores);Suporte a serviços de impressão, incluindo instalação, configuração e troubleshooting;Apoio à utilização e suporte das ferramentas Microsoft 365, incluindo Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook e demais recursos corporativos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando o 2º ou 3º ano do curso de Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;Horários de estágio: 07h às 13h30 / 30 minutos de intervalo.
