Atendimento de demandas de TI oriundas de email, Teams e telefone, de modo remoto (acesso remoto) e presencial (escritório Ecogen), responsável pela abertura e solução de chamados de redefinição de senha, instalação e configuração de programas, criação de acessos, configuração de computadores, suporte à conexão de rede via Wi-fi, suporte a salas de reunião e videoconferência, manutenção e reparo de hardware, suporte à demandas em geral sobre uso de programas e recursos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender demandas de suporte de TI de modo presencial e remoto (telefone, Teams e email através de acesso remoto) com abertura e gestão de chamados;Assegurar que todos os clientes internos e externos tenham o correto acesso ao ambiente através de login, senha e MFA, quando aplicável;Garantir que os equipamentos possuam os programas e configurações padrão necessários para o correto funcionamento e gestão de TI;Controlar os ativos fornecidos pela Ecogen para colaboradores e operações (computadores, periféricos, recursos de rede, etc);Gerenciar contas de acesso e grupos de permissão, operando o ciclo de vida da identidade (criar -> permissionar -> remover);Suportar e apoiar demandas relacionadas as salas de reunião do escritório incluindo videoconferência e automação de sala;Configurar e manter equipamentos funcionais, aplicando melhorias, trocas de hardware, acionamento e acompanhamento de chamados com fabricantes;Suportar dúvidas e necessidades sobre conectividade Wi-Fi, rede cabeada, soluções M365, hardware e software utilizados na Ecogen.

Requisitos e qualificações Cursando Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Disponibilidade para estagiar 6h por dia - PresencialInglês básico - Desejável.
