Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBaixar francesinhas e garantir que todos os recebimentos (boletos, PIX, transferências) sejam corretamente processados no sistema.Realizar a conciliação de boletos e PIX, eliminando divergências e assegurando consistência no fechamento financeiro.Responder chamados e atendimentos relacionados a cancelamentos, prorrogações, confirmação de pagamentos, alterações de serviços e outras solicitações das escolas.Acompanhar os recebimentos da plataforma Decodificar e garantir que estejam corretamente lançados e conciliados.Gerar boletos de manutenções, lançamentos avulsos e serviços extras.Garantir que todas as remessas bancárias sejam geradas, enviadas e processadas corretamente e dentro do prazo.Executar a conciliação bancária diária dos recebíveis, mantendo os saldos atualizados e consistentes com o sistema.Apoiar na revisão e estruturação de dados financeiros, assegurando integridade e clareza na consolidação das informações.Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, reunindo documentação, evidências e informações conforme solicitado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando ciências contábeis, Administração, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.Excel Intermediário.DiferencialExperiência anterior em atividades financeiras
