Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar como Estagiário(a) de Eventos e Conteúdo, apoiando a organização e execução de eventos, workshops, e comitês da Amcham Santa Catarina. Nessa posição, você será responsável por garantir que cada etapa dos eventos aconteça com excelência, desde a organização operacional e o relacionamento com fornecedores até o suporte aos participantes e à equipe.Se você quer ser protagonista da sua carreira, trabalhando em um ambiente colaborativo, dinâmico, com o propósito de fazer conexões transformadoras e em constante transformação, a Amcham Brasil pode ser o seu lugar! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar no planejamento, organização e execução dos eventos presenciais, híbridos e online da regional, atuando nas etapas de pré-evento, realização e pós-evento;Conduzir e acompanhar os processos operacionais necessários para o desenvolvimento e realização dos eventos e comitês estratégicos;Realizar o follow-up com participantes, palestrantes, patrocinadores e parceiros, acompanhando confirmações de presença e alinhamentos necessários;Preparar apresentações, convites, documentos, materiais de apoio e demais conteúdos relacionados aos eventos;Organizar listas de participantes, cronogramas, materiais e demais informações necessárias para a execução das atividades;Efetuar a inclusão e atualização de informações dos participantes, eventos e atividades nos sistemas internos, garantindo a qualidade e a integridade do banco de dados;Apoiar no relacionamento com associados, palestrantes, patrocinadores e parceiros, oferecendo suporte durante toda a jornada dos eventos;Participar dos eventos com o objetivo de acompanhar a execução das atividades, garantindo a qualidade da experiência dos participantes e apoiando a equipe nas demandas operacionais;Apoiar pesquisas, benchmarking e levantamentos de mercado para identificação de tendências, desenvolvimento de novos projetos e proposição de temáticas para eventos;Acompanhar indicadores da área e apoiar a elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações de resultados;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando em Relações Públicas, Relações Internacionais, Administração, Jornalismo, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas;Desejável conhecimento básico no pacote Office;Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido, sendo 3x na semana presencial.É MUITO IMPORTANTE QUE VOCÊ:Tenha gestão de tempo e prioridades;Seja proativo(a), curioso(a) e engajado(a) para promover a melhoria contínua;Tenha capacidade de trabalho em equipe, de maneira construtiva, respeitosa e para o atingimento de resultados conjuntos;Seja organizado(a) e multitarefa;Seja capaz de solucionar desafios de forma simples e prática;Tenha comunicação escrita e falada de forma clara e objetiva;Tenha responsabilidade e foco em Resultados.Informações adicionais💰 Bolsa auxilio;🏥 Auxílio saúde;🍽️ Cartão multibenefícios para vale-refeição e alimentação;🚌 Vale-transporte;🏋️‍♂️ Wellhub;🎉 Day off no dia do aniversário;🍎 Frutas no período da tarde;💛 Programa de felicidade;🐾 Pet Love;🛡️ Seguro de vida em grupo;🌍 Acesso aos programas de Capacitação da Amcham;😌 Recesso final de ano.
