Destina sua produção às indústrias de alimentos e bebidas – refrigerantes, águas, sucos, chás, lácteos, óleos comestíveis, maionese etc. – e de produtos domissanitários.Se você é organizado(a), proativo(a) e deseja desenvolver sua carreira na área de Logística e Transportes, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a triagem, organização e lançamento de documentos relacionados a fretes e transportes;Realizar o lançamento e acompanhamento de Conhecimentos de Transporte Eletrônico (CT-e);Dar suporte ao monitoramento e rastreamento de cargas em trânsito, mantendo as áreas envolvidas atualizadas sobre o status das entregas;Auxiliar nos processos de cotação e contratação de fretes para vendas, compras e devoluções;Apoiar o cadastro e a atualização de informações de transportadoras, fornecedores e prestadores de serviço;Controlar e atualizar bases de dados, indicadores e relatórios da área utilizando Excel e Power BI;Auxiliar no controle de diárias de veículos e transportadoras, conferindo informações e documentos comprobatórios;Organizar arquivos, comprovantes e demais documentos da área;Prestar suporte às rotinas administrativas relacionadas à gestão de transportes e logística.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando Ensino Superior em Administração ou Tecnólogo em Logística, a partir do 2º semestre;Domínio do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e PowerPoint;Facilidade para utilização de sistemas e bases de dados;Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos em Power BI e ferramentas de gestão logística;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Capacidade analítica para acompanhamento de indicadores e identificação de divergências.Informações adicionaisRegime de trabalho:Modelo híbrido, com atuação presencial no escritório corporativo 4 dias por semana e 1 dia em home office.Local de trabalho:Escritório Corporativo localizado no bairro Caminho das Árvores, em Salvador/BA.Benefícios:🏥 Plano de Saúde🛒 Vale-alimentação ou Vale-refeição🚌 Auxílio Transporte Flexível🛡️ Seguro de Vida💰Bolsa Estágio💪 TotalPass💙 Programa de Apoio ao Colaborador – Cuidar é Pack
