Atuar no suporte às atividades para a equipe de enfermagem e do administrativo, contribuindo para a organização dos processos, fluxos assistenciais e apoio operacional da unidade, sempre sob supervisão da chefia imediata.Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira de 07:00 às 13:00HBolsa: R$800,00Benefícios:Vale-transporte;Auxílio lanche;Parceria com restaurantes, drogarias, psicólogos, oficinas, entre outros;Seguro de vida.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Auxiliar os pacientes que chegam ao serviço;- Receber documentações de “primeira consulta”, recolher cartões de marcação para destinar o paciente corretamente;- Acompanhar os pacientes dentro da unidade, direcionando ao fluxo de atendimento conforme necessidade;- Realizar contato e atendimento telefônico, com base na demanda do setor;- Receber e organizar documentos dos pacientes a compor os prontuários;- Auxiliar na organização de eventos internos;- Auxiliar na organização e distribuição dos materiais administrativos nos consultórios;- Entregar prontuários liberados nas recepções dentro da unidade para os setores de destino (enfermagem, farmácia, etc.);- Prestar informações, sempre que necessário, diante da demanda dos pacientes; fazer contato telefônico com os pacientes com consultas marcadas, conforme demanda do serviço;- Estar disponível para atribuições dentro da sua competência de atuação, conforme demanda do serviço;- Realizar triagem de enfermagem aos pacientes que realizarão algum atendimento oncológico;- Prestar assistência de enfermagem aos pacientes (quando necessário), observando normas e procedimentos técnicos, seguindo orientações e definições do Supervisor, buscando otimização de controles, utilização adequada de recursos e padrão de qualidade da assistência prestada;- Executar procedimentos de enfermagem de baixa complexidade, compatíveis com o grau de instrução, sob acompanhamento da supervisão ou de profissional designado com experiência;- Acompanhar e realizar transporte de pacientes quando necessário;- Higienizar e manter a organização do seu local de trabalho;- Executar outras tarefas correlatas, do mesmo grau de dificuldade mediante solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso: Técnico em EnfermagemPeríodo(os): A partir do 1º módulo.Informações adicionais
