Atuação sob supervisão do enfermeiro responsável, prestando apoio à assistência de enfermagem a pacientes com doença renal crônica em tratamento dialítico, seguindo protocolos institucionais e normas de segurança do paciente.Horário: De segunda a sábado de 11:00 às 16:00 horasBolsa: R$1.000,00Benefícios:Vale-transporte;Auxílio lanche;Parceria com restaurantes, drogarias, psicólogos, oficinas, entre outros;Seguro de vida.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na preparação e organização do ambiente e dos materiais necessários para as sessões de hemodiálise.Acompanhar a admissão e o acolhimento dos pacientes, contribuindo para a humanização do atendimento.Realizar aferição e registro de sinais vitais antes, durante e após as sessões de hemodiálise, sob supervisão.Auxiliar na monitorização clínica dos pacientes, observando alterações hemodinâmicas e comunicando intercorrências à equipe de enfermagem.Prestar apoio nos cuidados com acessos vasculares (fístula arteriovenosa e cateter venoso central), respeitando técnicas assépticas e protocolos institucionais.Colaborar na instalação e desinstalação dos pacientes nas máquinas de hemodiálise, conforme orientação do enfermeiro.Auxiliar na administração de medicamentos quando permitido pela legislação e sob supervisão profissional.Participar da orientação aos pacientes e familiares sobre cuidados com o tratamento, alimentação, uso de medicamentos e preservação do acesso vascular.Registrar informações pertinentes no prontuário e demais documentos assistenciais, conforme normas do serviço.Contribuir para a limpeza, organização e reposição de materiais e equipamentos do setor.Cumprir normas de biossegurança, controle de infecção e segurança do paciente, utilizando corretamente os equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs).Participar de treinamentos, discussões de casos clínicos e atividades de educação permanente promovidas pelo serviço.Realizar lançamentos e atualização de informações em sistemas eletrônicos e planilhas de controle do setor.Auxiliar no agendamento de pacientes e na organização do fluxo diário das sessões de hemodiálise.Controlar e registrar o uso de materiais e insumos, colaborando com o gerenciamento de estoque e solicitação de reposições.Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios, indicadores assistenciais e planilhas administrativas do serviço.Participar da organização de escalas quando solicitado pela coordenação.Colaborar no cumprimento das rotinas administrativas relacionadas às normas de qualidade, acreditação e segurança do paciente.Apoiar a equipe multiprofissional na execução de atividades assistenciais e administrativas correlatas, sempre respeitando as competências do acadêmico de enfermagem e a supervisão profissional.Executar outras tarefas de mesma natureza e nível de complexidade, mediante solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em andamento em Enfermagem.
