Auxiliar nas atividades dos setores de Protocolos Clínicos e Educação Permanente, contribuindo para a coleta, análise e organização de dados, elaboração de documentos e suporte à execução de treinamentos. Participar ativamente de reuniões intersetoriais e no desenvolvimento de ferramentas que promovam a adesão às diretrizes institucionais, todas realizadas sob supervisão dos Analistas e Enfermeiros da equipe técnica.Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira de 07:00 às 13:00 horasBolsa: R$ 1.000,00Benefícios:Vale-transporte;Auxílio Lanche;Parcerias com restaurantes, drogarias, psicólogos, oficinas, entre outros;Seguro de vida.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Coletar dados relacionados aos Protocolos Clínicos Institucionais e Setoriais.- Elaborar atas e relatórios relacionados às reuniões setoriais e intersetoriais.- Auxiliar na criação e manutenção de dashboards com resultados obtidos das auditorias dos protocolos.- Participar da elaboração e revisão de documentos setoriais e institucionais.- Contribuir para o monitoramento de indicadores de adesão e efetividade dos Protocolos Clínicos.- Alimentar planilhas com os resultados de treinamentos institucionais e setoriais.- Participar da organização e acompanhamento dos treinamentos, incluindo gravação e suporte técnico.- Colaborar no desenvolvimento de ferramentas para promover a adesão às capacitações.- Participar de reuniões para alinhar estratégias de capacitação e disseminação de conhecimento.- Realizar busca ativa de pacientes elegíveis para Protocolos Clínicos.- Registrar incidentes identificados nos prontuários e reportar ao supervisor.- Participar de ações intersetoriais para desenvolver planos de melhoria relacionados às diretrizes assistenciais.- Prestar suporte na elaboração de materiais de divulgação e planejamento de eventos, como workshops e seminários.- Executar outras tarefas correlatas, do mesmo grau de dificuldade mediante solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso(os): Superior em Enfermagem em andamentoPeríodo(os): A partir do 5º período (já ter cursado semiologia, semiotécnicas, processo de enfermagem e tecnicas de enfermagem)Informações adicionais
