Executar atividades de apoio à área contábil, contribuindo para a integridade dos registros financeiros e contábeis da Instituição. Atuar no recebimento, conferência e lançamento de notas fiscais de serviços, realização de conciliações bancárias e demais conciliações contábeis, importação de lotes financeiros para o módulo contábil e suporte à escrituração contábil. Auxiliar na contabilização de provisões, nos processos de fechamento mensal e na organização, digitalização, conferência e arquivamento de documentos da área. Prestar suporte operacional aos assistentes e analistas contábeis, colaborando com as demandas rotineiras do setor e contribuindo para o cumprimento dos controles internos, prazos e procedimentos estabelecidos pela organização.Horário: 2ª a 6ª feira de 12:00 as 18:00Bolsa: R$1.000,00Benefícios:Vale-transporte;Auxílio lanche;Parceria com restaurantes, drogarias, psicólogos, oficinas, entre outros;Seguro de vida.Responsabilidades e atribuições· Realizar conciliações bancárias e demais conciliações contábeis, assegurando a consistência das informações financeiras e contábeis.· Receber, conferir e efetuar o lançamento de notas fiscais de serviços no sistema ERP da Instituição.· Executar a importação de lotes financeiros para o módulo contábil, garantindo a correta integração das informações.· Auxiliar na escrituração contábil e na contabilização de provisões, observando as normas e procedimentos internos.· Apoiar os processos de fechamento contábil mensal, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos e a qualidade das informações geradas.· Organizar, conferir, digitalizar e arquivar documentos contábeis, mantendo a documentação atualizada e disponível para consulta.· Prestar suporte operacional aos assistentes e analistas contábeis na execução das atividades rotineiras da área.· Contribuir para a manutenção dos controles internos e para a conformidade dos registros contábeis e fiscais da organização.· Atender às demandas da área contábil conforme orientação da liderança imediata, colaborando para a eficiência dos processos e o alcance dos resultados do setor.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso(os): Ciências ContábeisPeríodo(os): Em andamento
